A DAILY MESSAGE
OPPORTUNITY How many there are who complain “I never had an opportunity ! ” And the worst of it is, they believe it. It isn’t because they never had an opportunity, but because they did not take, or make, their opportunities that most df them failed. Many a man who says he never had an opportunity had a thousand, but did not recognize them • others were not ready for them. To others came the one opportunity which they most coveted, blit they could not take it—they had not qualified. Life is crowded with opportunities for the man who knows one when he sees it, and is ready to take it. You will never he able to take your opportunity unless you are ready for it. Jt will come as surely as night Hollows day. It will pass you by, just as surely, unless you have prepared for it by study, energy, pertinacity, constancy, and faith in yourself and your purpose. —M.
