The Dairy Division grading figures for the nine months ending April show’ ,an increase for butter of 9.9 per cent at 79.638 tons and for cheese an increase of 14.3 per cent at 84,064 tons as compared with the corresponding period of the preceding season. Reduced to terms of butter-fat equivalent the gradings of dairy produce for the nine months show an increase of 10.24 per cent over the gradings for the corresponding period of the preceding season.
