The Auckland Trades Union Executive passed a resolution drawing the attention, of the Government to the recent Arbitration Court decisions, the opinion of the meeting being that they were not in accord with evidence tendered. -It was suggested that the Government enquire into the decisions of the Court, and if it was in agreement with the opinion of .the meeting, they should remove Air Justice Fraser from the Presidency‘of the Court: A committee was appointed to communicate the resolution to the Government and Labour organisations.
