YOUTH MISSING
SEARCH PARTIES OUT, (By Telegraph—Per Press Association.) BLENHEIM, June 7. A youth nmed lfedpatli, aged about 18, has been missing from a farm at Cape Jackson, Queen Charlotte Sound, since Wednesday afternoon. He left home in a small boat to procure gravel from the a bay about half a mile distant. Later the upturned boat was discovered, together with the youth’s hat, oars and gravel boxes. Launch parties have been searching since, but though the coast for miles has been tnoroughly combed, no trace of the missing lad has been discovered. Redpath came from Waipukurau early this year with his father, who is managing a farm for Rex: AtcLaughlin, the Waipukurau County Engineer.
