BLACKBALL MINE IDLE. CiIIEYMOUTH, June ;*>. The Blackball Mine is idle to-dav, 220 men being affected in a dispute over Union affairs. It was decided recently that a levy of 2s per man per fortnight be made to aid Blackball unemployed miners. About eighteen men refused, to pay the levy and the remainder declined to work with these until the levy is paid.
