NEW, YORK May 31. i A Dallas message states the Rotarijins at their conference adopted a resolution declaring that the 1931 Convention and at least every fourth meeting thereafter should be held outside the United States.
At the request of the Italian Delegation, the Convention unanimously.
passed a resolution providing that a statement he prepared concerning the relation of the Rotarian to his country, as the Italian Rotnriuns wished it to he made clear that tlieir duty to rotary in no way interfered with their duty to Fascism.
The Registration Committee announced that the registrations hao passed the 9509 mark, making this the second largest convention ever held. Tim officers were elected, and will be announced to-morrow.
