HARIHAJRI SALE. On Saturday last W. Jeffries and Co. held their usual sale in the iiarihari yards in the presence of a good attendance of buyers. The entry comprised IQS lambs 21 fat sheep arid S(3 head of cattle, the latter comprising several good vealcrs. Competition
was keen and a total clearance .Was effected at quite satisfactory prices.

The fortnightly‘fixture at the above yards was held yesterday the usual attendance of . buyers being present. Competition was anything but brisk at the opening of the sale. Vendors ideas of values were much in advance of butchers limits, whence several pens were passed... Towards the end of the sale prices were .more animated. The yarding of Messrs ; J. CondonD and Sons cattle was a particularly prime one and each pen was keenly sought. A special pen of runners and vcalers for W. Oldcrog were an attractive portion of the entry. AV. Jeffries and Co. sold as follows: For J. Condon and Sons 2 bullocks at £ls 15s, 4 at £ls 2s Gd, 2 at £l4 17s 6d, 1 at £l4 15s, 3 at £l4 10s, 2 at £l4, 4 heifers at £l4 12s 6d, 2 lit £l2 7s Gd, 2 at £l2 ss, 2 at £ll 7s Gd; for J. Mulvaney 2 lieifers at £lO 12 Gd, 2 cows at £l2 2s Gd, 2 at £9 17s Gd ; for D. Bradley 2 dry cows at £5 2s Gd; for W. Olderog 1 runner at £6 ss. I at £5 3s, 3 a,t £5 2s'Gd, 3 at £5, 1 vealer at £4 ss, 1 steer at £B, 1 cow at £8 7s 6d.

At the above sale yesterday our entry consisted of 30 fat sheep ano 38. head of fat cattle which were offered to the usual attendance of buyers.' The bulk of the entry consisted of ox beef, but competition was not at all keen, and most of the yarding was .passed in, but was siibsequen.4% cleared at prices averaging 42s per hundred. We sold as follows: -
On account of J. Bradley 16 fat ewes at 255, 13 wethers at 34s Gd; on account of T. McNeill 4 bullocks at £l3 ss, 3 at £l3 ss, 2 at £l3 ss, 9 at £l3 7s 6d; on account of M. Dent 1 cow at £lO 7s 6d: on account of J. Crowley 1 cow at £7 17s Gd; on account of D. Jellio 8 porkers at 35s 9d; on account of J. Brown 2 pups at Gs Gd.
