KING’S BIRTHDAY

3rd. JUNE. *

The Post Office will observe the fol lowing hours of attendance oil the 3rd June, the King’s Birthday.

Telegraph Branch—9 a.in. to ]0 a.m. anil 7 p.ni. to 8 p.m. •Kxbhnnge Branch —Continuous attendance. ■Postal Savings Branch—Closed. MAILS. Mails for Greymouth will close at •7.40 a.m. Street, posting boxes will be cleared at 6.30 a.in. All country mails, with the exception of Ho H) and Humphreys, will he cancelled and shall go forward on Tucs'day, 4th. at the hour set down for despatch on Mondays. Ho Ho and Humphreys will go forward on Monday as usual, closing at 8 a.m. On Saturday Ist. prox. a delivery of correspondence will be made from the public counted between 7 and 8 p.m.
