LORD METHUEN'S JUBILEE

Eiold-Marslial Lord Methuen, who is colonel of the Scots ‘Guards, to-day inspected 1200 men of the I' irst- and Second Battalions of the -Regiment, afterwards presenting a number ol them with long service medals. In a short speech he re I erred to the hoc work of the two battalions in China and at Aldershot.
