William Henry Osgood, aged 5-1, who pleaded guilty, that with intent to do actual bodily harm he did actual hodilv harm, and was remanded for sentence from Blenheim appeared before the Chief .Justice to-day and was given years hard. The Chief Justice said that whatovei the man might have thought, lie could nob take the law into his own hands. Osgood had committed a diab d: \ti act. He had ruined and maimed a young fellow for life.
