Following the execution ’of three railway experts last week, tivontynine shareholders in the Russian railways have been arrested. They have been described ns “?uff and collar” men. They are charged with dismantling locomotives and selling them as scrap iron. Furthermore, it is stated that, as members of the .Board of Administration they had drafted a plan to' introduce big locomotives which would necessitate the rebuilding of all the bridges.
