BOMB PLOT STORY. BOMBAY, \pril 6 A conspiracy to blow up the Simon Commission’s train and bomb the occupants in October last was revealed in tlie course of an alleged confession rend to-day in the Mnnmad bomb case. Harendra Bhattaelmrjee, a Brahmin priest of Benares was said to have confessed that he was told by his coaccused, Munmohan (Junta, to place a box of dynamite under the bridge and detonate it while the train conveying the Commissioners was passing. He was also shown bombs for throwing at the dynamite explosion. Bhattacharjee denied having made the confession and fainted in court. The hearing was adjourned. The Manmad bomh case has arisen out of the wrecking of the Allahabad to Bombay express train on October 7 last, on the eve of the arrival of the Simon Commission in India, four persons were killed.
