THE FINAL SELECTION.

CHRISTCHURCH, May 18

Arrangements have now been completed for the tour of the New Zealand U'niversiy athletic team which leaves for Australia shortly. The personnel of tho team is as follows:

J. N. Goodson (.Victoria), Ua) yard.} and 220 yards. E. K. Eastwood (Victoria) 120 yards and 440 vards.

F. S. Ransom (Victoria), 120 yards hurdles, 440 yards hurdles, long jump and high jump.

J. H. Webber (Otago), 880 yards. O. C. Harlev (Canterbury) 440 yards and 880 yartls.

I). W. Bain (Canterbury) 440 yards and 880 yards.

E. B. E. Taylor (Canterbury) onemile and three miles. H. A. Henderson (Canterbury), putting the shot. The team will leave Wellington on the Marama on May 24th for Sydney. They will miss the Australian interUnivorsity tournament at Brisbane on May 29th, hut on Saturday, June Ist ,the. New Zealand v. Sydney University .meeting will take place, am. probably, oil the following Wednesday oirher a New Zealand v. Combined Australian Universities meeting or New Zealand and Australian Universities v.
