BERLIN, May 17. The Graf Zeppelin passed Arles, going against a strong head wind. One passenger wirelessed that she was doing on y 20 miles per hour. The Zep;>elin expects to reach Fricdrichshaven to-night. The passengers arc disappointed at the return of the Zeppelin, but they agree that it would be unduly risky to with the broken driving shafts.
