LONDON, Alay 15. “The Times’s” Berlin correspondent states: 'fhe German unemployment returns rose by nearly two and a-half millions during the winter time. This was largely owiiig to the prolonged frost, hut the numbers of unemployed are new rapidly falling. Between April lot-h. and April 30th. they fell from 1.480,000 to 1.126.000. it is estimated that since then they have fallen below a million.
