“The Time’s” Paris correspondent states: The French Minister of Air, AI. Laurenteqiuic, in outlining France’s air policy, stated that contracts amounting to two millions sterling for new material had already been placed. A whole series of new land and sea aircraft had been order e<l. A National School of Aviation had been established. Plans bad been drawn up for developing aviation in the colonies, and for police, postal and hospital air service. A great extension of the commercial services was planned for 1930. The Minister disclosed that a powerful seaplane was being constructed to cross the Atlantic.
