' RURAL CREDITS. WELLINGTON, May 13. Associations registered under the Rural Intermediate Credit Board, now number 21, and two more are being formed at Kaikolie and Topukc. Indications are that for the approaching few months, when as a rule farmers are arranging their financial requirements 'for the coming season there will be a considerable volume of applications for advances. Increased interest is also being shown bv dairy companies in the discounting method, by which loans are made upon security of promissory notes endorsed by dairy or other comnanies, whose financial position has been established to the satisfaction of the Board Arrangements are being made for visits by the Deputy Commissioner to all the Associations. .
