CULPRIT SENTENCED TO FOUR
YEARS

AUCKLAND, May. 10.
A sentence of four years reformative detention was. impoed by Air Justice Blair, in tlie Supreme Court, on (Edward Russell Everett, found guilty of attempted rape.

The jury made the recommendation on account of your youth,., hut you are not so young a.s you look; you are 2;) years of age, and you certainly ought to have known better..
