REMARKABLE ACCIDENT

PALMERSTON N„ May 6

A remarkable accident occurred at Rangiwahin on Saturday afternoon, just before the commencement of a football mulch between Tviiiiboluin and Rangiwaliia. While S. Waugh, a member of the Kimbolton team, was dimming he was shot in the upper part of the arm. On investigation it was found that a loaded rille stiimline in the next room had for some unknown reason discharged, the bullet passing through the wall into Waugh’s arm. Waugh received first aid and was removed to the hospital.
