LONDON, May 9. , Flour may easily lie reduced a further ten shilling a quarter, says a leading Liverpool trader. r lhc flour stocks in the Liverpool warehouses exceed half ;i million quarters, as compared with normal stocks ol only two hundred thousand, and further arrivals are expected daily. This accumulation is partly •.duo to the great ■frost in February lest- having closed the Continental -ports, thus compelling Canadian, American and Argentine exporters to dump .their Hour at )jiverpool; and at other British ports.
