MANY SEXUAL CASES. AUCKLAND. May 7. The criminal sessions of itlie Supreme Court opened to-day. Air Justice Kennedy pointed out that, of sixtoon indictments, eight concerned charges of a sexual nature. The Grand Jury returned no bill in the case of 01 liver Godfrey, charged with negligently riding a motor cycle, and thereby causing a death.
