Jiv 22 votes to 2, the Disarmament Committee resolved that having the system of a direct limitation of war material, the committee decides that limitation and reduction must be sought by means of publicity of the expenditure, which will be dealt with the examining articles of the drait convention already adopted. Tho Chinese and Soviet delegates voted 'against the motion and Germany abstained from voting.
