Said to be unique in Australian history, two logs are to ho served on railway employees of New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia, ami Tasmania next Friday, for the purpose ol considerably longer hours, and reduced privileges fop- Sunday duties. Members of fifteen trade and professional organisations have accepted. Individual employees will be asked to accept or reject the conditions in writing before May 25th.
