Ladies and Gentlemen : I Air AGAIN a candidate at the fortluoming Election and invite a continuation of year support and interest on my behalf on polling day, Wednesday next. I have had the honor of serving you now lor many years, and in the term just dosing have occupied the Chair during the period in which the Council was able to free itself from an overdraft debt of long standing, thereby making a useful saving to the funds in interest payments. At the same time ! have seen great improvements to thr general condition of tiic roads of the County as a whole and Central Riding in particular. If again honored with your.support I hope it will he possible during the term to have a considerable section of till) Knkatahi district highway tar sealed in order to afford the settlers the same improved standard' of roadway enjoyed elsewhere. Also, 1 will he prepared to give every consideration as heretofore to the general requirements of the district, and will make it a spec;al point of seeing Station Road, Jvoi terangi, completed within the current njiancial year, if at all possible. The other district roads in respect to the sawmilling and mining industries will also have my closest attention if returned ns one of your representatives. As you are aware T am also giving you service on the Westland Hospital Board.
