A young man applied for shelter at a tramp’s night refuge, and he produced papers identifying himself as the former Archduke Franz Josef, of Austria. The shelter authorities wore naturally incredulous, and passed on the papers to the police. Extensive investigations, however, proved the papers to he eorremt.
