The exchange “Telegraph’s” Berlin correspondent says that the police state Maukay was shot accidentally. A policeman says, finding Mnekny inan area which was declared to be in a stale of siege, he ordered him to put up his hands. Alaekay hold up one hand and it is now coujectiued lie* attempted to produce his identity papers with the other hand. Luloitunately the policeman thought Mackav was going to use a revolver and lin'd immediately.
