STRENUOUS PROGRAAIME ARRANGED. WELLINGTON, May 2, An extensive (pre-sessional tour of tlie Dominion is being undertaken by the Prime Minister, commencing on Saturday, when he will leave for New Plymouth. Sir Joseph 'Ward will visit practical. lv all the* Taranaki towns next week-, and will return to Wellington on Friday. He will only remain in the capital a day. as he plans to he in Christchurch at the week-end and to proceed to Dunedin and Tnvercarg.lL spending several days in his constituency. A visit to Blenheim and Nelson will follow immediately on Sir Joseoli’s return north, and it is his intention to go to Auckland about the end of the month.
That Sir .Jo«onli can contemplate so strenuous a programme is evidence of steadily improving health, and he is gaining in weight.
