At more, Minister of Education has released the following cablegram which was received through the Prime Minister’s Pcpai'tSueub from the High Commissioner:— “Tt may interest the Education Minister to know the recommendations of the Harrow report are accepted in everv educational district hero as sound. Enquiries made by me yesterday elicited that nearly every educational area through England plans for the oommencemMit of the reorganisation of schools on similar lines as our junior high schools are being promulgated.” Tht Minister visited all schools en route to Westport and Reofton yesterday and met deputations last night. He left for South Westland this morn, ing.
