The Disarmament Commission is discussing a method whereby reserves of war material should be determined. Germans, Russian and several other delegations favour returns of the various categories of arms which is termed a direct method. Lord Cnshendu'n declared Britain s willingness to accept any agreement favoured by a majority. Tie expressed the opinion that the French proposal that stocks of war material should be indicated through budgetary estimates was a first, step towards an agreement.
