MONDAY, APRIL 29tE.

The Sub-Union met at 7 p.m. Present: —Messrs F. McGregor (chair), Breeze, Stafford, Cutbush, Williamson, McDonald, Adam, Williams, Cooper, Howat, McManaway and Heenan. Apologies were made for the absence of Messrs Dowell and Coulson.

The minutes were confirmed and outwarcl' correspondence approved.

THIRD GRADE. Ariihura v. Excelsiors, at Hokitika, 1.30 p.m. School v. Riniu, at Rimu. BANTAMS. Game set down for half time. INWARD CORRESPONDENCE.

From referees, reports oh matches.— Received. In regard to the Arahura report, no action was taken. From Alhambra Football Club; Dunedin, re J. Davidson.—Received and resolved that he be reclassified as a

junior. The application of L. Agnew to be reduced ,to third grade was approved. From, Rimu Club, nominating third grade team.—Received. From VY; Pierson,’ requesting transfer to fvokatahi and degraded to junior. Received and request granted. Ffom Organising Secretary, Greymouth, forwarding appeal for an injured pi ayen—Received and £2 2s voted.

The Treasurer’s report was read and adopted and matters affecting gates was left to the Treasurer to attend to. .ne Secretary was authorised to attend to matters affecting press reports.
