Sir—ln ease of a misunderstanding by the ratepayers as to why I withdrew my nomination a*s a member of the Hospital Board, 1 would like to state that owing to altered arrangements at my work, my time is taken up most evenings of the week. My relationship with members and the staff have been of the best, and I acknowledge the good work done by them. I contend that more publicity should he given to the financial side of the Board’s work, and the balance sheet published efieJi year. Thanking you for allowing me space,
