West, charged with riding a cycle at night without a light. Ordered to pay costs 10s each. Police v. C. W. Penrose was charged with failing to light a motor lorry at night and with not having a fixed fed reflector. Fined os and costs 'los oir first charge, to pay costs 10s on so-, cond. The police charged Edwin Lewis with riding a motor cycle past the State School at an excessive speed. Defendant pleaded guilty. Fined 20s and costs 10s. The police charged Patrick J.
