It is quite apparent that AA'odnosday, May Ist, will be an interesting day in the town of Hokitika. Among the various functions the annual show of the Chrysanthemum Society will bo one of the attractions of the day, and a large attendance is to be expected, to view the numerous exhibits in the various sections, given the present fine weather, the display of flowers should surpass any previous years.
