NEW ZEALANDERS ARRESTED.

SYDNEY, April 19

Ricardo De Silva (or Daniel Sullivan) and Douglas Slater, l)otli New Zealanders, who were arrested here on provisional warrants, De Silva on a charge of forgery, and Slater on a charge of theft of £43, wore to-day ordered to be returned to the Dominion.

CANBERRA, April 20,

The Commonwealth seven million sterling loan was oversubscribed, when subscriptions closed. The total number of subscribers were ten thousand.
