From Kokafabi Club, cancelling entry or senior team, but nominating a junior team, and enclosing lee.—Received, referred to the Fixtures Committee.

From Kanieri Club withdrawing nomination of teams as Club had been disbanded. —Received and accepted. From C. Pfahlert applying for removal of disqualification imposed last season.—Received and agreed to, alter discussion.

From .J. Griffiths application for removal of disqualification. Received and consideration deferred pending enquiry from W.C.R.U. Reclassifications were agreed to as follows:—

Senior to junior—L. Hughes, A. McDonald, R. Palmer, L. George. It was resolved to dolor application rtf Davidson, pending enquiries.

The oiler of A. Simmer to prepare the ground for Cl 17k (id "ns accepted. . .Mr Stafford moved that a district, scheme lie formulated in 'Westland Sub Union district. Seconded by fl ‘ I(, ‘ Mnnaway. After considerable discussion the motion was lost. .Mr Stafford moved that a fixture Committee be appointed, and that Messrs !). Williamson, D. Dowell and Secretary, be the Committee. Seconded by Mr llowat and carried. Tile nice lino then terminated.
