Nominations for the Hokitika School Committee closed last evening. There are thirteen nominations for nine seats, me election will, take place at the annual meeting ol householders to be held an Alondav evening next. Those nominated are: Airs Garnet Perry, Airs J. H. Wilson, Messrs J. P. Coulson, R. J. Pedder, W. H. Shannon, H. W. Sweney, A. C. Armstrong, AV. E. Richards, J. Conning (sitting members) and Messrs A. Leslie, F; AV. Chesternmn, J. J. Breeze jnr., and A. MeDougall.
