The Allied experts demands were presented at the plenary session of the Reparations Committee. It will not he decided until Monday whether details will In* published. Average prophecies (oncoming the Allies memoiaiidiim, appear to indicate the initial minimum of Germany’s annual payments to he €89,500.000, rising during thirty-six years to a maximum of Cl 15.(190,(!()(). At the beginning half will he devoted to reparations and half to war debts. Later, when the maximum is reached, twothirds will go to the debts and the balance to the .reparations, upon the extinction of which at the maximum year there will continue yearly a debts payment of €83,090,000 till discharged. Le Matin ” asserts the reparations are not acceptable and the Germans intend asking for time to consider tne document carefully.
