ALLIES’ AGREED TERMS. PARTS, April 12. The Reparations experts at the conference have made good progress. I't is expected that the creditor nations will be able to-day to present agreed figures to Herr Sehacht (the German representative) who doubtless will then require time to consider these.
Correction.—Mr Owen Young appears to have given his approval of the scheme of the Allies. it is understood that the figures are within the estimates that have already been proffered from Germany, and little opposition is therefore expected.
