popularity of portable wireless sets, the Postmaster-General has decided that in future wireless licenses shall cover not only the .use of wireless sets at the permanent addresses of licensees, but also the use of portable sets.

A committee of the Irish Free State Government is considering a scheme of aviation development for the Free State, which has been submitted by the newly-formed company. Irish Airways. The directors of the company include Colonel Fritzmauriee, the Atlanta- flyer.

The scheme embraces a regular day service between Dublin and London, on machines capable of carrying from 12 to 20 passengers at a fare about the same as the first-class charge for rail and boat.
