104 YEARS OLD

DEATH OK MRS WKHJV

Advice has been receiving recording the death at Eeilding on Thursday at the residence of her daughter (.Mrs Foote) of .Mrs Frances Webb, widow of the late Mr William Webb, formerly well known residents of Hevell Street. The deceased, who celebrated her 104th birthday a few weeks ago, enjoyed all her faculties, except that she suffered somewhat from deafness, until the last.

Deceased leaves two daughters (Mrs Foote, of Feilding, and Mrs Newel, of New Plymouth). Her only son (William) died some years ago. Many of the older residents of the town will hear with regret of the passing of one who had attained such a ripe old age.
