The Franconia, carrying six hundred round-the-world tourists, rampaged the harbour at sailing time this morning. The moorings fouling the projK'llors displaced a buoy, compelling a hasty transference to two Italian' destroyers and a Japanese freighter in the vitality. A swiff ebb tide was responsible for the mishap. The damage is negligible.
The Franconia is expected to sail on to-night’s tide.
