New wars!lips totalling thirty thousand tons are being launch'd from the Ki-iich shipyards in April. They include a ten thousand ton cruiser of the Tourville type, which will be name'll The Koch. This warship will In* equipped with an aeroplane catapult. There also will Ik* launched two 1500 ton ocean-going submarines of the Redoubtable type, of which Franco now lias 24 either commissioned or building. They carry ten torpedo tubes, one four-inch gun. one smaller gun. They have an 18 knots surface speed, and a ten knots speed when submerged. They carry a crew of four officers and 57 men.
