EVERYBODYS PICTURES. VIOLA DANA TO-NIGHT. “ 'Hint Certain Thing,” which will bo shown at the Princess Theatre tonight is ‘a clean, wholesome comedy with an 0. Henry twist. It sparkles with spontaneous wit and humour which keeps the audience in a constant uproar of laughter. The plot deals with the adventures of a little girl counter clerk who fancies that she is a gold-digger. The girl is portayod by Viola Dana in convincing manner. As -Molly Kelly, this screen actress ac-’ quires the natural wit of a daughter of Erin and always has a comeback when the hetrogenons population of her neighbourhood try any . wise-cracks. Molly is the sole support of her mother and kid, brothers. In addition to her jo!) behind the hotel cigar counter the girl lias to scrub the kids every morning and assist in the household duties. Her dream of marrying a 'millionaire comes true; but the income of the bridal couple is soon cut off by an irate father. Then Molly and her busband return to the congested district. The husband hits upon n “big idea ” which provides employment for all his, neighbours and forces his father to dance to the tune of 100.000 dollars. Ralph Graves gives an interesting <lolination of the idle son of the chain restaurant magnate. To him falls the responsibility of giving pep to the lighter moments of the production. Tn this-be is ably assisted by a large cast, which includes such well known names as Aggie Herring, Burr 1 Mclntosh and Syd Crossley. A topical, scenic, and comedy will also be included in to-night’s display. On Wednesday next patrons will be treated to vaudeville when Sam Stern the Jewish comedian and his dainty partner, Sadie Pepper, late of Williamsons and Fuller s circuits, will be seen in vaudeville sketches, songs and dances.
