EXPLOSION REPORT. LONDON, April 5. The renort ot the Government Commission on Holhorn explosion on 21st. December, gives the opinion that it was due to ordinary leakage ol coal gas from mains, aggravated by more serious leaks, producing n» explosion of the mixture, though the evidence is not conclusive.
