It is stated that General Booth is losing ground and suffering from a return of sleeplessness, his strength not being maintained.

MEETING OF CREDITORS
BERLIN, April 4
At a public meeting of Princess Victoria’s creditors at Bonn a heated dis-
~ssiou took place and it was pointed out there were debts of £33,000 with no assets. Nevertheless she continues to live in luxury at Bonn Palae. The Chairman said the Brineess faced starvation unless she were assisted. There followed stormy protests. It was agreed to consider an allowance, hut demand that she vacate the palace and dismiss her servants. Zoubkoff's oxtravgance was condemned as largely to blame for tbe Princess’s position.
