The dispute between Prince Louis and his people seems almost settled. The Prince has promised that the municipal elections should be held before Ist June, and be followed by National Council elections. French jurists will revise the Constitution and consider tbe appointment of a commission to assist tbe Prince in time «fl difficulty.
