WITH CROWD ON IT. (United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph—Copyright). LONDON, iMarch 30. A most remarkable accident occurred at Cotlierstone, near Barnaul Castle. The ropes of a suspension bridge over tbe River Tees snapped, when crowds were crossing from ft football match and the bridge tipped lip. Immediately twenty people were thrown into the river, which fortunately was very shallow. Fifteen were injured by falling on a heap of stones in mid-stream.
