U.S.A. IN THE HUNT. 'United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph—Copyright). LONDON, March 8. “Tlu» Tinies’s ” Washington correspondent states: There are faint but perceptible indications that the question of American and Soviet relations will soon receive Pfesiden Hoover’s attention. Important business interests have already begun to bring pressure on him to liberalise these relations and thus enable an increase to be obtained from working capital and goods sent to Russia, but the new President is unlikely to take hasty action, though it is known lie is wiling to give the matter impartial consideration. There is already talk of sending the Economic Commission of Enquiry to Russia.
