BY (MOTOR SHIP. jy TELEGRAPH—PRESS ASSN., COPYRIGHT. INVERCARGILL, March 6. What is claimed to he a record time for a passage from England to New Zealand by any vessel, passenger or cargo, was made by the motor vessel “Zenlandic,” which berthed at Bluff at 3 p.m. on March 5. She left Falmouth. England, on January 31. The total time on the voyage was 31 days 13 hours, and Die actual steaming time was 31 days 8 hours. Her average speed was L 5.; knots per hour.
