MR COSGRAVE’S ANXIETY. (United Press Association—By Electrio Telegraph—Copyright). LONDON. March 4. President Cosgrave in a speech at Dublin declared there was a revival of gunmen’s activity, and that it threatened the whole social fabric. It was a deliberate conspiracy to defeat and ends of justice, lie said and conspirators failing by threats to intimidate jurors and witnesses, now resorted to murder. “The position now is” he declared “that there exists in Dublin a body of criminals intent, on murdering citizens exercising the rights of citzenship.
